Each summer, CMS holds two meetings for pricing new laboratory codes for the following year. On June 22, 2020, CMS held a public comment meeting (June 22 unofficial transcript
here).
On July 29-30, 2020, CMS held its expert panel meeting, discussing all of the same 130 agenda items. The unofficial transcript, plus CMS agenda as an appendix, is 196 pages. I've put it in the cloud as below.
