Another tidbit of news about HHS's recent message to FDA, "hands off of LDTs."
Senator Patty Murray, who's been representing Washington State as s Democrat since 1993, asks Secretary of Health Azar "what's up," and worries about the quality of under-regulated LDTs. Writing, "The policy will encourage the proliferation of inaccurate, if not fraudulent, tests."
