Per CMS, video attendance does not require pre registration. Registration as a presenter as the same as registration to attend in person (October 13).
The focus of the meeting is on new January 2016 AMA CPT codes for which CMS recently proposed CY2016 pricing by gapfill or pricing to a specific crosswalk amount. (See here).
